I’m about 2 weeks away from my 3 months of working out. The first photo is from about 6 months after my elbow reconstruction and it’s where I was the heaviest/most out of shape.
The below photo is from the day I started playing Australian football again. I’m pretty happy with my progress and I am excited to see the next 3 months results!!
I did 2 months of Insanity as well as weight training 5 days a week. Taking a break from insanity right now, but still going to the gym and dieting!
Day 1: 160lbs 15.4% BF
Now: 170lbs 9% BF
